Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide directly to us:

• Full name, email address and phone number
• Organisation (optional)
• Enquiry type and the content of your message

Your name, email address and enquiry are needed for us to respond. If you do not provide them, we may not be able to help with your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use your details to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Share information about Fronthouse programmes, courses or partnerships you have asked about

We will only send you other updates or promotional material if you agree to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us receive, store and manage enquiries, such as form, email and hosting providers, and only as needed for these purposes. Some of these providers may store data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives a level of protection comparable to the PDPA.

Security

We take reasonable practical steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access or disclosure.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for 3 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. After this, it is securely deleted.

Your rights

You may:

• Request access to, or correction of, your personal data
• Request a copy of your data be transmitted to another organisation (data portability), where technically feasible
• Withdraw consent or ask us to stop sending you promotional material
